4 Million Encounters

2019 • Museum of Tomorrow

To mark the Museum’s milestone of 4 million visitors, the exhibition needed to celebrate its history without becoming a retrospective people simply walked past.

It welcomed 3,527 visitors during its two-month run and demonstrated the Museum's collaborative approach, bringing together teams from curatorial, museography, communication, technology and human resources.

I designed the exhibition environment, contributed to the interactive concepts alongside teams across the Museum, and developed a participatory panel that invited visitors to become part of the story. The exhibition brought together 30 milestones, behind-the-scenes stories and interactive moments into an experience built around the encounters that shaped the Museum.
